McGrath Engineering Design Services Ltd is an Auckland based engineering consulting company providing specialist advice, design and construction supervision services in water, wastewater, stormwater and roading / right of way (ROW) engineering. We have extensive experience gained over a number of years being involved with numerous interesting and challenging subdivision and land development projects.

Our core projects involve smaller subdivisions where we often work in a multidisciplinary team consisting of planners, surveyors and architects / architectural designers, where the team breaths life into niche land development opportunities. As required we are responsible for infrastructure assessments, addressing the required stormwater mitigation and management outcomes, flood and overland flow path assessments, public drainage infrastructure extensions or upgrades, the design of ROW / shared access driveways for linking the new lots with existing roads, earthworks design etc.

We also get involved in single site developments and can provide flood reports and stormwater management reports, and for rural sites we do onsite waste disposal designs (TP58).
