Subdivisions

We regularly work in collaboration with surveyors, planners and other engineers, preparing reports, drawings and calculations required to support subdivision consent applications.

These reports, drawings and calculations cover the whole spectrum of stormwater management, flood risk assessments, roads, ROWs and driveway designs, as well as preliminary and detailed new stormwater and wastewater public infrastructure designs. For rural developments we do on-site wastewater treatment and disposal assessments as well as stormwater neutrality reports.

We continue to be of service after the subdivision consent has been granted with the Engineering Plan Approval (EPA) process and through the construction, certification and sign off process. We complete detailed engineering plans that are essential for gaining approval from Council and can be used by contractors to assist them in preparing quotes and serves as a blue print guide during construction. We are available to the contractors during construction helping them to interpret the plans correctly to ensure a compliant end result.
