Services » Stormwater Management
We have extensive experience working with Auckland Council with regards to all aspects of stormwater management requirements for various types of developments in the city and the surrounding rural areas. We are passionate about our environment and the quality of our streams and rivers, and we work closely with developers to ensure a positive outcome for both the developer and the environment.
We often get involved at the resource consent stage where we can advise on stormwater management requirements for proposed subdivision or land use consents, and we remain involved throughout the Engineering Plan Approval (EPA) process and implementation / construction process to see the whole development through to a successful completion and sign off.
We are also often involved at the building consent stage where we advise on the stormwater management requirements for proposed developments, either new builds or renovations, where we come up with practical site specific solutions. These solutions often consist of variations on the usual theme and can utilise soakage characteristics of a site where suitable, or where allowed using existing or new kerb outlet solutions. We also remain involved throughout the building / construction process to assist owners and drainlayers / contractors and see the whole development through to a successful completion and sign off.
